Membership

Membership in the Lupus Erythematosus Society of Saskatchewan is open to anyone. The membership year runs on an 'evergreen' basis and is good for one year from the day you join. Membership entitles you to attend support meetings and allows you to exercise voting privileges at our Annual General Meeting as well as receiving a subscription to The Saskatchewan Lupine. The membership fee is $20.00 (Canadian Funds) per year.

To purchase a membership, please print out our membership form and mail it along with a $20.00 cheque or money order payable to the Lupus Erythematosus Society of Saskatchewan. (L.E.S.S.) Our mailing address is Box 88, Royal University Hospital, 103 Hospital Drive Saskatoon SK, S7N 0W8, Canada.
